Wildschool

Wildschool is a nature immersion program for children. Our days are filled with nature awareness games, primitive skills, tracking, crafting, natural movement and story.

Forest Survival Skills with Archery

June 1 - June 5

Ages 8-12 | Monday - Friday | 8:30–3:30 | Early & After Care Available

During this week we will explore survival basics: fire, water, shelter, first aid and archery. Campers will gain hands-on experience with valuable survival skills, and also have time to run, play and sit quietly to appreciate the beauty of nature.

Bikes and Boats!

June 8 - June 12

Ages 8-12 | Monday - Friday | 8:30–3:30 | Early & After Care Available

This fun-filled camp offers time on mountain bikes, in kayaks and swimming in Abiquiu Lake. We'll learn new skills, gain confidence and make new friends in the outdoors. We will campout at Abiquiu Lake Wednesday night.

Cooking Adventures in Nature

June 15 - June 19

Ages 5-7 & 8-12 | Monday - Friday | 8:30am–3:30 | Early & Aftercare Available

We'll prepare and eat delicious foods using ingredients we find out in nature. Play, exploration and adventure will be a part of our daily routine.

Wilderness Survival Shelters

June 22 - June 26

Ages 8-12 | Monday-Friday | 8:30–3:30 | Early & After Care Available

Learn everything you have ever wanted to know about survival shelters and gain wilderness survival skills in this week long adventure.

The Secret Language of Birds & Bugs

June 29 - July 3

Ages 5-7 & 8-12 | Monday - Friday | 8:30–3:30 | Early & After Care Available

Learning the secret language of birds opens up a whole new way of understanding our forests and what is happening around us. We will work with the Bug Guy, our local expert, to find and identify bugs, as well as visiting the amazing bug museum.

Campers will learn survival skills for staying safe in the wilderness. Survival shelters and archery will be key activities this week.

Mud, Clay and Camouflage

July 13 - July 17

Playing in mud is a great joy of childhood. This week we will learn about the uses and benefits of mud, clay and camouflage --while having fun getting dirty.

The Edible Forest and Farm

July 20 - July 24

The old ways meet our modern tastebuds during this weeklong immersion in finding and cultivating food in our landscape.
