The old ways meet our modern tastebuds during this weeklong immersion in finding and cultivating food in our landscape.
We’ll grow sprouts, wild harvest plants, learn about fermentation through capturing wild yeasts for sourdough bread, milk goats and make soft, herbed farm cheese. We’ll develop a greater appreciation for all that goes into making our food, while having lots of fun in the process!
