Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing and communications experience

Office Manager
About the Role:
The Office Manager ensures our day-to-day operations run smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for administrative coordination, internal communications, and logistical support for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office supplies, scheduling, and organizational needs
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and internal documents
- Support staff onboarding and meeting coordination
- Assist with finance tracking and vendor communications
- Supporting fundraising efforts
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in office or administrative management
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, Asana, or other basic administrative tools
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities with professionalism
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $20-$25 hour depending on experience, ~10 hours/week

Bookkeeper (Non-Profit Transition)
We are a mission-driven business currently transitioning to a nonprofit organization, and we’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help ensure our financial operations are accurate, compliant, and aligned with nonprofit standards. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team and help lay the financial foundation for our nonprofit future.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and donor contributions
- Track and report on restricted/unrestricted funds
- Assist with budgeting, financial reports, and annual audits
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations
- Track and make payments for state GRT
Qualifications
- Bookkeeping experience, preferably with nonprofits
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Zero, or similar accounting software
- Understanding of fund accounting and grant tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Summer 2025 Field Instructors
We are looking for caring, responsible, outgoing, and fun outdoor educators who love the natural world, enjoy working with children, and care about their development. Field instructors are outdoor enthusiasts who understand outdoor risks, hazards, and preparedness. They should be experienced team players who can demonstrate excellent judgment and flexibility. Field instructors are problem-solvers who can maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.
As a Summer Field Instructor, you will,
- Co-lead a new group of campers each week, building a close-knit community.
- Be in charge of the health and well-being of your group every day.
- Help campers build confidence and inspire personal growth.
- Help them learn to communicate clearly and solve problems independently and as a team.
- Model respectful behavior toward people, property, and the natural world.
- Facilitate epic outdoor adventures.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, helping to create a supportive, cohesive environment where all staff can learn and grow together.
Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Experienced outdoors person with knowledge of hazards, preparedness & safety, or willingness to learn
- Experience (and love for) working with children (ages 5-16)
- Have excellent group management skills
- Ability to maintain a high energy level and positive attitude
- Have strong communication and organization skills
- Be a team player, able to implement camp curriculum alone or with others
- Excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility, and willingness to take initiative
- Clean driving record, able to drive a 15-passenger van
- Excellent judgment and concern for the safety of children
- Ability to work the entire summer season, including staff training (see dates below)
- Ability to speak Spanish
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Current Wilderness First Aid/CPR Training
- Have a clean driving record (must be 21 + to drive vans)
- Able to pass a background check
Employment Dates
- Staff Training: Monday – Friday, May 19 – 23
- WFA Cert. Course: Thursday, May 22
- Camp: May 27 – August 8, 2025**
- Daily Schedule: ~ 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (40 hours/week)
Compensation & Benefits
- $17 – $22/hour (based on experience)
